How order?
Our products are all available in our online shop. Search our product categories:

Where you will be able to see our range of products. By clicking the button “Select Options” you will see the product page with all the information you need to make your decision. If you decide to buy, choose the size and “add to cart”. You may delete products at any time by accessing the “Cart page”. You can also add more products or go straight to the checkout page. In the checkout page you will be able to calculate the shipping fees by indicating the shipping address.
If you create an account with us, you will be able to easily buy in future occasions as well as you can keep track of all your orders.
Shipping
We send your order to every part of the world. Depending on the shipping country, your order will have an extra cost for shipping, as follows:

Remember, the fees indicated above cover the cost of assembling and transporting the parcel (one single fee will be charged, even if your order is delivered in several parcels).
Note: When your items are delivered, you may be liable for customs duty and/or additional taxes. We are not in a position to determine the amount of these taxes in advance (as the calculation method varies for each country). For more information, please contact the national customs office in your country of residence.
Your order is registered and depending on the size, may not enter the post box. Therefore, we suggest you indicate a shipping address were it is more likely to have somebody available to receive it (your office for example).
Payment Methods
We accept payments by Bank Transfer or by VISA/Paypal. If you choose “Bank Transfer” our Account details will be shown to you in the final step of your order. Please send us the transfer receipt by email to info@summer-factory.com so we can keep track and send your item as soon as possible.
If you choose to pay with VISA/Paypal you will be re-directed to the Paypal website were you can pay with your VISA or with your Paypal account if you have one.We guarantee the transmission of your card data is absolutely safe thanks to the use of the highest of security standards by our partner PayPal.
Returns and Refunds
Summer Factory does not make refunds. But you can request to exchange one or more items within 10 days after the delivery date of the package.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange or return any item, please send us an email indicating the (s) item (s) you wish to exchange, the reason for exchange and the items you want to swap.
If you wish to exchange an item, you have to first return the item by post, and only after we receive it we can exchange it for another model. The items must be in perfect condition, must have any hygiene seals intact to be eligible for exchange, with the labels intact and you must have the corresponding receipt
The costs of mail returns are the responsibility of the customer.
The articles are the responsibility of the customer to be delivered by carrier, you may wish your submission to be made safe and a container that you keep proof of shipment.
The process for exchanges and returns can take up to two weeks from the time at which you submit the articles.You should send your articles to Rua Ferreira Borges 123, 1350-128 Lisboa, Portugal. It will be necessary to pay new shipping fees. We exchange an item for another item of the same or higher value as the previous order
In case of returns due to manufacturing defects or errors in processing your order, as sending different product than ordered, the value of the postage will be returned.
